3 ways Kitchen Works makes variety work for you
91% of people say menu variety is important in their workplace dining. Read that again. Ninety-one. That’s a higher level of certainty than I have about what I want for lunch on any given day.
But why variety in workday dining? I’ll tell you. It’s for a couple of different reasons.
1. First and foremost, it gives us something to look forward to. The same meal every day can get a bit ho hum. But something new, something unexpected, and suddenly I’m excited for the workday.
2. Plus, variety makes people pay attention, not just to the meal, but what comes after. I'm going back to my shift wondering what might be different today.
3. Menu variety also means more chances you’ve got what I’m looking for at lunch. No team member left hanging. Whether it’s comfort food like our Irish Corned Beef Feast, protein-packed like a Sticky Pork Bowl or meatless like our Herb'd Up Bean Cup, I’m returning to work with just what I need to power through the day.
Now how do you get variety in your workplace dining?
Let me tell you how we get it here at Kitchen Works.
Real chefs, works
First, we’ve got real chefs in the kitchen. Kitchen Works has pros (like yours truly) behind every dish on our rotating menus, building meals that are high quality, no frills and as diverse as your work force—as it should be. This means your team gets a variety of craveable, flavor-packed food that also fuels their workday. Happy teams, happy business.
Limited time offers, works
Next, we’ve got limited time offers folks look forward to, like my Symon Says Meatball Parm. Your mouth’s watering, right? These offers look like seasonal specials or my personal favorite, Tastes That Take You Places — an offering with dishes from Kitchen Works' chefs' personal traditions. For a taste of home and a little of someone else’s. It's just one more dynamic that I think adds to the culture of work, keeping it fresh and exciting for people.
Themes & events, works
Last, we keep it interesting with theme days and events. Who doesn’t love a theme day? Maybe you’re celebrating your favorite sports team or getting a headstart on the holidays. With Kitchen Works, you’re doing it with something new and exciting on your plate. Think a Gobbler Pot Pie Bake or a Juicy Lucy Burger. Whatever the occasion, you’re looking forward to what you’re eating, and you’re feeling good, and more productive, afterward.
And that’s how variety works at Kitchen Works.
When you give your team the fuel they need, they deliver the work you need.
I’ve seen it time and again. Variety in your workplace dining gets them excited to come to work every day and ready for whatever it brings. You see it play out in energy levels and team retention, too.
